If when yuu open LongoMatch the following error appears, it means either you do not have a licenses active in your computer or that something is blocking Codemeter, the software we use to validate the licenses.


If you do not have a license, please activate the licenses available in your account. 

If you have a license active, or you thing you might have it, it can be that Codemeter, the software we use to validate the licenses it is being blocked. 


Please, make sure you do not have an anti-virus active. If so, please, de-activate for a while and re-open LongoMatch. If the problem is solved this way, we would advice to add and exeption in your antivirus so it alloos you to work with LongoMatch. If the problem is not solved yet, please contact support@longomatch.com
