The presentation tool in Longomatch allows you to organize, view and share video clips that you have tagged during your analyses. It is very useful for explaining tactical concepts, mistakes, successes or playing patterns to the technical team or players, as it allows you to bring together events from different matches and combine them into a single file. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to use it:
1. Have all your analyses ready
Before creating a presentation, make sure you have finished tagging the matches you want to add.
2. Create a new presentation
In the Main menu, click on “Presentations” and select “New presentation”. Give the presentation a name (for example: “Defensive analysis - First half”).
3. Add clips to the presentation
On this screen, you can add the filters you need to make it easier to find the clips you want to add. You can filter by team, season, category, as well as by player or type of event. You can drag and drop clips directly from the event list to the presentation timeline and move them around to organize them.
4. Customize with covers, external videos or annotations
One of the most useful features is the ability to add external images and/or videos, allowing you to add covers or audiovisual material that makes it easier to understand the message you are trying to share with your team. You can also add drawings that you have not added to your project, and they will be saved only in that presentation.
5. Control the duration and editing of clips
You can trim the duration of each clip within the presentation if you need to focus on a specific part. This helps make the presentation more direct and focused.
6. Export or share the presentation
Once the presentation is finished and reviewed, you can export it to share it with your team.
