I can't install Longomatch because I get an error message

While installing, I get the next error message. 

This means Longomatch has been installed but the automating launch of the tool is failing. 

Please, use the search tool to look up Longomatch and try to open it. If you can't find it installed on your computer or you can't open it, please write to support@longomatch.com
