A few years ago, Longomatch updated its licensing system so that manual activation is no longer necessary. You simply log into your account, and you will see a drop-down menu with the licenses you have available.
If you are prompted for a license code when you log in, you are probably using an older version of Longomatch, so you will need to uninstall it and download the new version from our website.
