When I open LongoMatch I get a 200 error message

If when you open Longomatch the following error appears, it means either you do not have an active license in your computer or that something is blocking Codemeter, the software we use to validate the licenses.



If you do not have an active license, please activate it using the "Account" panel. 

If you do have an active license or you think you might have one, it can be that Codemeter is being blocked. 


Please, make sure you do not have an anti-virus active. If so, please, de-activate for a while and re-open Longomatch. If the problem is solved this way, we would advice you to add an exception in your antivirus that allows you to work with Longomatch.
