- Please, make sure your device has a USB 3.0, otherwise it won't be recognised by your computer.
You will have to download the divers from the web bellow:
https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/support/family/capture-and-playback
Make sure you choose that option "Capture and Playback" and then download the latest version like it is shown on the next file.
Once you download and installed the drivers access to "setting preferences" of your Black magic design centre.
The following pictures will show the the set up of Black Magic that we recommend.
Please, make sure you close the "Black Magic design centre" before you run LongoMatch as you won't be able to run at the same time.
